If you can’t open the app — bad data, basic phone, etc. — the operator-published USSD paybill is *711*800#. Step-by-step on the dedicated USSD page.
Wrong account reference entered at the MoMo prompt → funds may be stuck; contact support with the MTN transaction reference. Deposit sent from a SIM that doesn’t match the registered MSport account → operator-side reconciliation holds. KYC-pending account → deposit may land but balance won’t release.
