Account verification (Know Your Customer) is operator-typical required before the first withdrawal on any GCG-licensed sportsbook — anti-money-laundering rule. - Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months, showing the same name as the ID and a Ghana address.
- Selfie with ID — operator-typical for biometric matching at withdrawal-tier thresholds.
ID shows the formal name; account profile uses a shortened version. Update the profile to match the ID exactly before re-submitting. This single fix resolves the majority of rejected KYC packets across the GH-licensed sportsbook set.
